Eman Mohammed is a photographer in Gaza who has always defeated discrimination in her life caused by breaking norms regarding gender and career. She emphasizes the importance in a choice of doing what one wants to do in their life and the freedom to be what they want to be. In her culture such options are very limited, but in America people are given the opportunity to be anything they wish. However, this also depends on one's work rate, motivation, and desire for what they desire. A conflict involving such a choice occurs in Death of a Salesman in which Happy Loman wants to live his own life and have a job he enjoys while also being free. But this goes against his father, Willy Loman, and his wishes for his son to have a well paying and prominent job which will ultimately make him unhappy. I agree with Eman about the greatness regarding the freedom of choice. Such freedom is a defining aspect of the American way and is what makes it a country with many opportunities for a better and more enjoyable life.
